Welcome to Adrian’s Beach House

We are delighted to welcome you to our small, lovingly run beach house in Marina. To ensure your stay is relaxed and transparent, we have summarised the key booking terms below.

1. Reservation & payment

• Your booking becomes binding once you receive a written confirmation from us.
• Depending on the rate selected, a deposit or full prepayment may be required.
• All prices include applicable statutory taxes.
• Please note that local charges (e.g., tourist tax) may be charged additionally.

2. Arrival & departure

We are happy to accommodate early check‑in or late check‑out whenever occupancy allows. Please contact us in advance.

3. Cancellations & changes

The cancellation policy depends on the selected rate.

• Flexible rates: may be cancelled or modified free of charge within the stated deadlines.
• Non‑refundable rates: are final and cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In case of no‑show, the total booking amount may be charged.
• In accordance with EU consumer protection rules, there is no right of withdrawal for accommodation services (Art. 16(l)).

4. Your stay with us

We want you to feel at home. At the same time, we kindly ask you to treat the accommodation and other guests with respect.
